Job Description

  1. Coordinate branding materials and campaign assets
  2. Conduct research and compile reports
  3. Working with internal support teams in PR, social media, events, brand, government relations and project team to ensure alignment of branding materials, consistency in communication and smooth implementation.
  4. Reporting to the hiring manager on assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain excellent relationship with the project team to ensure smooth collaboration in project and marketing activities.
  6. Provide administrative support and assist with any ad-hoc day-to-day tasks as required by the team.
  7. Constantly keep abreast of the latest advertising and promotion trends, digital innovations and other communication channels and propose appropriately for further enhancement of advertising and promotions efforts in accordance with corporate and brand image.

Qualifications

  1. Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in English; other languages are a bonus).
  3. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Linkedln, Facebook, TikTok, etc).
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suit is a plus.
  5. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Manager, Cross Border e-Invoicing & Peppol PINT Integration

Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring seamless integration of Malaysia’s e-Invoicing framework (PINT-MY) with businesses and international Peppol networks. This role manages cross-border interoperability, business document specification, technical compliance, and collaboration with global stakeholders to facilitate smooth e-invoice exchanges.


Duties & Responsibilities:

1. PINT Integration & Compliance

  • Lead the development, customization and continuous enhancement of PINT-MY e-Invoicing specifications in line with OpenPeppol requirements and local business needs.
  • Ensure interoperability of PINT-MY with various business systems, including ERP and accounting platforms.
  • Maintain and update the PINT-MY documentation site with local rules and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including OpenPeppol, government agencies, and businesses, to drive e-Invoicing adoption.
  • Manage the strategic evaluation, development, and implementation of new business document types within the Peppol framework, ensuring alignment with industry needs, regulatory requirements, and OpenPeppol standards to support the growth of Malaysia’s national e-Invoicing initiative.

2. Cross-Border Interoperability Testing

  • Design and manage cross-border e-Invoicing testing framework, ensuring seamless transactions between Malaysia and international Peppol networks.
  • Conduct sample e-Invoice testing (XML-based) within the Peppol Network to validate compliance and functionality.
  • Engage with international Peppol Authorities to align Malaysia’s cross-border e-Invoicing processes with global standards.

3. Technical Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide expert guidance on PINT-MY technical and process-related issues, liaising with OpenPeppol and relevant technical teams.
  • Establish and oversee a technical support mechanism for e-Invoicing users in Malaysia
  • Address inquiries from the e-Invoicing community, service providers, and regulatory bodies.

4. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

5. Others

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with experience in web application development.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in digitalisation, project management, or as an experienced individual contributor in ERP, Finance or business process automation.
  3. Experience in e-Invoicing, ERP/financial systems integration, or Peppol-based solutions.
  4. Strong technical and business understanding of Peppol standards, interoperability frameworks, ERP systems, and financial processes.
  5. Expertise in cross-border systems integration and testing, including XML-based data exchange, API integration, and digital compliance.

Competency:

  1. Peppol & Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of Peppol eDelivery Network, XML (UBL XML, Schema, Web Services), YAML, and JSON. Experience in web application development and IT support is an advantage.
  2. Project & Stakeholder Management – Proven experience in executing national-level projects, regulatory compliance, and engaging with international regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

Senior Executive, Creative Content Related Grant

JOB PURPOSE

Implementation of Grant related matters in MDEC - manage grants covering policies, procedures and guidelines in awarding financial assistance and fiscal incentives, by performing project due-diligence, and project implementation & monitoring to ensure efficiency, transparency and integrity of the processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. 1. Perform grant advisory, due-diligence and assist in evaluation exercise to ensure achievement of objective as agreed in the grant program framework.

    a) Participate in developing the grant framework and formulation of detail grant guideline and processes; 

    b) Checking completeness of the application documents for the applicant to be qualified as grant applicant, and perform due-diligence and evaluation process; 

    c) Prepare and review necessary documents leading to approval process of the grant; 

    d) Maintain proper record, filing and handling confidentiality of client. 


  1. 2. Regular grant monitoring exercise to ensure achievement of objective, timely grant disbursement and respond on problem areas. 

    a) Perform scheduled or selective monitoring visits and receive claim submission; 

    b) Performing due-diligence on grant claims and preparing project status report covering the project performance, issues and recommendation, and getting endorsement for grant disbursement; 

    c) Propose an efficient reporting format on monitoring findings for follow-up action and escalation for resolution; 


    3. Deliver proper process for Application stage in ensuring effective cross divisional function coordination with internal and external parties. 

    a) Managing the grant secretarial functions as follow (but not limited to): 

    i. Evaluation and Approval documents preparation  

    ii. Proper recording and maintenance of clients’ filing; 

    iii. Safeguarding clients’ & projects’ confidential information; 

    b) Timely reporting of grant performance as required by performance manager 

    c) Timely resolution to grant project issues while managing clients’ and stakeholders’ expectation on the program;


    1. 4. Active participation to support the achievement of the business departmental and divisional goals. Participation in divisional management forums, meetings and corporate initiatives. Additionally, attend to ad-hoc assignment as required by management.

      a) Perform research for process improvement and on par with industry practices; 

      b) Regular monitoring of performance of each grant’s project evaluation to ensure the SOP is adhered to.

      Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
